HYUGENS French Beauty Apothecary | Event Launch

Hello loves, Assalamualaikum and happy March babies!

Yes, it is that one beautiful month where all March babies are gather and by babies, I meant my family LOL

Wow, I can’t believe we’re approaching end of March really soon and TBH, I still haven’t reach any my 2019 resolutions . . . . . yet but I’m damn sure, I wanna have and experience good and clear skin by end of this year. So yeah, wish me luck I guess? And another wish that I want, is to reduce plastic usage and carry more reusable bag. I also wanna focus of experiencing organic foods, organic skincare, almost everything organic! So, when I heard about HYUGENS FRENCH BEAUTY APOTHECARY, I got hook with their products. No freaking joke, from Cosmetics to Bespoke bath & body care to clean perfumes, roll-on, face care formulas until Home Aromatherapy, everything seems magical and all are Organic!

I just happened to attend Hyugens Media launch and I got to know more deets about Hyugens. Okay, loves, first of all, do you know how to pronounce the brand name? If you can get it at first place, you are damn smart but if you’re crack dumbass like me (sadly, LOL) I didn’t know how to say the name without leaving the H out, it was supposed to pronounce and say it in French accent or whateva (since the products are made freshly in France), so the correct way to deliver the words, is UUI-GE-NS. So, now you got it? Learn the name already? Okay cool! Move on :P

Small appreciation shout out about Hyugens background, in year 2013, the co-founder Daan Sins and Sebastien Guerra discover the abandoned alchemist’s house in the heart of Le Marais, Paris. Inspired by the beauty of exceptional mansion and it’s amazing lingering energy, they decided to create Hyugens, The French Beauty Apothecary that offers 100% pure clean, cruelty free (of course) and derived from France. And now, Hyugens are welcome to Malaysia!

I remembered during the launch, Mr Sebastien Guerra said that Hyugens was created and inspired because in the past, organic cosmetics is way underrated and lack of efficiency but extremely more pleasant rather than conventional cosmetics. So, Hyugens not only focus for women, but men as well. Hyugens is perfect for every beautiful soul out there who wanna reconnect with nature and pure organic ingredients in contemporary way because that’s what Hyugens originality, clean and organic. Man, I’m sorry because this post gonna be too organic until you puke your eyes out in organic way LOL

Hyugens are organic product that does not tested on animals and all ingredients are prepared in carefully selected certified laboratories to maintain the essence as already stated in every beauty range of Hyugens products. 97% are natural origin, whilst other 3% are grown from organic farming.

The event also introduce the beautiful lady Denise Pereira, Business Development Manager of Clini7 (M) Sdn Bhd, and mentioned that Hyugens are unique and extensive range of clean organic beauty offering is both appealing and purposeful as the next generation of organic cosmetics. The most interesting part is when Hyugens introduce BESPOKE Collection consist of Body, Bath and Hair products where its focus on customization concept that meets everyone personal taste and preferences.

Since Hyugens mostly covers all comprehensive range, I’m loving the clean perfumes range where all the unique creations by the best French organic flower water and distant from harmful UV Filters, and the price is also reasonable and match with the awesome production where one of the perfume called  Les Roses are extracted and created using 15,000 of organic roses petals, thus the perfumes is defines as clean and so exclusive. I’ve tried the other scents which are La Cologne and La Perfume Originiel and three of ‘em smells amazing and perfect for unisex. I can’t wait to use my coupon code to buy Les Roses during my paycheck day. So excited! Oh, for the prices, I listed below:-

The Hyugens Bespoke Body, Bath and Hair Collection retails respectively from RM 165 to RM 278 (Body), RM 98 to RM 308 (Bath) and RM 108 to RM 202 (Hair), Whereas Hyugens Perfumes are priced from RM 499 (La Cologne), RM 575 (Les Roses) and RM575 (Le Parfum Originel) respectively.

For me, Hyugens is perfect example of an Organic comprehensive products because it is super clean (free from chemicals and harmful ingredients), cruelty free and vegan, last charms, it is Eco-friendly packaging. So, you gotta recycle and love the beautiful earth baby, that’s what Hyugens aims for.

I can be Needy, Way too damn Needy

Hello beautiful earthlings, especially my March babies Assalamualaikum!

I try to write this entry as quick as possible but I know I can’t because it is related with the most beautiful month out of others. Okay, as you guys know, oh wait, I mean for my readers who follow BTMA’s blog and still read my rambling thought and stuff, Well probably you might know why I keep on mentioning March babies. Since I’mma Aries and March baby, of course this month is wayyyyy toooooo special and keep close dear to heart because I’m turning wiser and more beautiful as ever LOL (Shut up, I know what I’m saying) and This March will be the most beautiful March because it is related with my Anniversary with my love and In shaa ALLAH, this Saturday, is my E-day. I really hope everything turns beautiful and May ALLAH bless my relationship with the guy I’m about to get hitched and be apart of my lil fambam.

 I know it’s tough handling this piece of hot mess (yes, it’s me) but you managed to love me with all of your heart despite all my ups and down, all my previous relationship, the good one and the bad one, and the veryyyy bad one also included and yet you still want me. Still cherish me, still look at me just like the first time you saw me in Kuliyyah Econs parking lot, IIUM and you still remember I sprayed body mist on you because I kinda do that out of nervous-ness (idek watefak I’m doing, I’m sucks) and now, here we are my love. It’s been hella roller coaster sometimes keeping up with this relationship but you always there for me, and most importantly, You are being you and you let me being me throughout our relationship. Yes, changes can happen but we both grew fondly and get immerse with each other when our eyes meet. Thank you for the wonderful 3 years with me and more coming years together.

Meeting you have always been a blessing, always and forever blessing. And I don’t know what you see in me because believe me, I’m the most awful human being on earth and the last person you wanna get involve to, but you didn’t give up on me. So, this post is for you my love. To show how much I love you despite your annoying-ness crack the hell out of me, but I don’t wanna get annoying with anyone except you. 

This gift is special to me because I never got surprises before but somehow you did it! And the best part is, your words inside the lil card. I’m gonna keep that and not expose it here, but just so you know, I love that because it’s from you. You’re cute, y’know that?

Since I’mma March babes, you spoiling me even more, the birthday gift is one of the amazing things I love but spending time with you is even worth it. I know I’m not a huge sweet talker and hurts you sometimes (no, I mean everytime) but you still accept that flaws of me. You’re not only the best, but you exceed more than that, and I love that guy. You are my guy. Thank you for the wonderful times and days and I really hope we’re good for more better and bright upcoming day. I say this words a lot, and I always mean it.

Etude House Malaysia X Happy With Piglet

Hello loves one! How are you? Assalamualaikum :)

Phewww, this month is a bit cray-cray because it is the most wonderful month to be marked out of all my March for entire 20++ I’ve been living and I can’t wait to update that, very soon. In shaa ALLAH, Pray may ALLAH ease everything.  Oh, and side notes, because of that special day *ek ehem*, I try my very best to minimize all makeup usage to let my skin breath naturally and reduces some of redness/bumps to get clear skin during that special day LOL I mean, who doesn’t want to look flawless for that special day, am I right?

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah I think you guys can figure it  out on the spot. My E-day is less than 3 weeks and I’m feeling lil bit mixed, well basically idk what to feel or react or whateva but I hope I look hella dope during that day and Yeah, Yeah, Yeah another exciting news is that, I’m gonna see my beautiful Kings this upcoming April! HOLY SHIT YEAH! My boss is the most amazing person ever and she totally support my passion to go to Bangkok and even cheer for me to go and attend BTS: Love Yourself in Bangkok, Thailand. So like, there’s two amazing news in this entry but both are not even related with this entry that I’m about to write LOL

Eh wait, it is quite related since I’m gonna show you guys my mini makeup haul I got from ETUDE HOUSE X Happy With Piglet collection. I know it’s been a while since the collection launched during CNY (end of Jan to early Feb) but Happy With Piglet a.k.a HWP collection is so cute! Like, literally all the colors of single eye shadows are soft, buttery and wearable for everyday look. I also got mine the special edition of powder compact blusher with Piglet face on it. Here’s the collection that I grabbed when I go to the mini workshop from ETUDE HOUSE, Thank you for the invitation!

For the blushers consists of four colors, and I got code shy with Piggy (soft pink peach) and comes with lil brush too. The color is super nice and build able, you can know the amount you put on your cheek and it does brighten up your beautiful side profile if you apply properly LOL (I mean, how come you don’t know how to apply blusher, peeps? Puh-Leezeeee)

As I already upload the mini unboxing haul (CLICK HERE) and mini makeup tuts using HWP single shadow (CLICK HERE), here are some look or whateva that I created and TBH, I kinda diggin’ into single shadows lately, because it’s super convenient and no more makeup hassle to figure out what colors need to blend, mix and match or whateva bla bla bla liddat. I guess, I’m getting wiser and mature to acknowledge makeup not gonna stay forever, but your skin does. YES, I’m starting to take care of my skin a lot and I always browse good mask/serum/moisturizers for my skin. And so far, I’m loving my skin even though the redness and pimples appear without warning and say HI *Sigh*

 Swatches from above: Lip mousse, Blushers, 4 single eye shadows ( I forgot the name FML, but my favorite among all are definitely the second shade and third shade, which got Pooh and E-yore face on it)

So like, since I’ll be fly off to Bangkok this April and attend the concert can be wild, sweaty, full with screams and tonnessss of jumping around, so I guess, less makeup is better. So yeah, I’ll be using HWP single shadows for the concert.

Oh, and besides single eyeshadows, HWP also release liquid lip mousse and beauty blender and more but I’m not into it  so much because I have tonnes of liquid lipsticks and glosses, so this one is passe. . . . . but you still can get it and try for yourself if you want. However, the beauty blender is so not worth it! It’s really hard to blend properly and it doesn’t expand when soaked with water. I tried many times and the result is hopeless. Like, dafuq?

The mini makeup bag is also included for Purchase With Purchase (PWP) for any Happy With Piglet collection for only RM20.

Other than HWP collection, I’m dying to try Play stick contour 101 because it’s crème type and I got jumbo of sponge popcorn too! Isn’t life so sweet? LOL

Second look with combination of Piglet and E-Yore shade. I still haven't try using the Tigger shade, will try 'em later.

Overall, I rate 4/5 for Happy with Piglet collection, it is a good, no, it is always better option to opt with Korean makeup when it comes for beginner/newbie for all beautiful souls out there if you wanna involve with makeup world because Korean Makeup have always been No.1 when it comes to enhance your features without adding lots of dramatic, bold look like most of Western peeps, but hey! I’m not condemn their looks tho, I still love both, but the point here is, I just wanna tell you guys, opt with Korean makeup for good, natural look. Okay, I’m done. LOL
