Entry Healthy by BTMA (Belongs To Miss A)

Assalamualaikum and Hiii people! mula-mula, nak cakap, thank you sangat drop by to my humble bloggie. Thank you sangat sudi drop comment. any positive and negative comments memang dialu-alukan. Yelah, semuanya kan untuk kebaikan tuan blog dan jugak blog BTMA. Thank you :')



    Hey, Remember when saya cakap, tahun 2013, tahun mahu kurus seperti ALLISON HARVARD? Hoho, saya tak lupa okay akan janji itu! So, first step saya buat:

3) Start a healthy living style life by consumes fresh juices! 

Hah, lovely readers! Hari ni saya mahu share tips buat juice. Saya sediakan 3 types of recipe. Oh didn't I tell you CARROT is my other new bff after Mustajab? :3



First: Combination of Honey,10-12 bijik strawberry gegedik and only sebatang Carrot! diatas ini, bahan diperlukan untuk buat juice. one glass of cold water is preferable too kalau tak kering lah nanti kan. erkk

Steps!

1.Potong comel-comel then take pic. *K, tak lawak* after that, masukkan dalam blender :)



2) After masuk dalam blender, pour a glass of water and 2 spoons of honey. Honey is great for people who have asthma, insomnia, and great for brain! Done doing that? Blend it well and serve!



3) Taraa! siap recipe yang pertama. You guys can squeeze some lemon on top of it and drink.




Second recipes: Main ingredients semuanya berasaskan vegetables. What your sexy self need are :-

1) Broccoli and sebatang carrot. potong comel-comel dan masukkan dalam blender. Jangan lupa pour a glass of cold water and 3 spoons of vinegar honey *cuka madu, instead of pure honey* 



2) Blend it well and serve!



3)For me, lagi better drink it with their hampagas so, takdelah hilang nutrition and khasiat green vege ni. Sedap sebab rasa masam and boleh gigit-gigit hampagas tu, lol



Third Recipe: Kali ni, terlupa nak take pic sebab tak sabar nak buat. hehe, but the main ingredients are sebatang carrot and 2-3 spoons of pure honey. Potong comel-comel, pour a glass of cold water, blend it well and serve!



4) Instead of eating dairy junk foods, try on dried fruits such as dates, Apricots, cranberries, kiwis, and raisins. Saya sangat sangat sangat sangat sangat minat akan apricots and I'm eating it since first sem kat IIUM Gombak lagi. Best!



And I'm still eating it now. Hehe

5) Do some daily exercise. Haha, ini part malas. Tapi, jika mahu badan cantik, otak cerdas, badan cergas, lawa macam model VS, jom ah try buat ni. All thanks to Khloe Kardashian! Muah



Nampak kan? This exercise better for people yang nak kuruskan paha and lawakan muntot at the same time! Hehe :3 Fineee, kalau malas sangat, try je kemas rumah, sapu bilik, blah blah semua, keluar peluh jugak kan!
