Assalamualaikum. Hai semua!
Al-Hamdulillah, ada jugaklah mood nak meng'update' blog setelah almost sebulan dibiarkan sepi. Bukan malas, tapi more on DOUBLE MALASSSSS nak bukak lappy and nak menaip new entry. So, instead of malas with blog, sepanjang bulan Ramadhan, saya banyak menghabiskan masa dengan:
1. EXERCISEEEEEE!
2. EATING CLEAN with my diet plan and so far dah loss weight approximately 5-8 kg. Yeay!
See, a lot of stuff I cooked, I invented, I try with a lot of veges and ayam. So far sepanjang bulan Ramadhan, saya banyak masak ayam tak kira either boiled, cooked, roasted and also peram. Tapi, masak ikan pulak leceh, that's why sometimes je masak ikan. But bila masak ayam, kena banyak lebihkan veges. malam pulak, saya makan buah, but kadang-kadang je termakan makanan sweet and bergoreng, tipulah kalau tak buat cheat day :P
*ayam menggoda, kimchi menggodaa, grapefruits menggoda-goda \o/*
Sekarang, saya still nak turunkan some more weight before masuk UIA untuk new sem bulan 9 ni. In shaa ALLAH, moga dipermudahkan. Hah, ni current photo I took masa nak ambil new IC. *sila jangan expect badan I cantik macam model VS, K*
Ini baru permulaan. I have a long wayyyy to go :) Nanti, nak snap every picture, every month untuk tengok progress perubahan badan. lol
